Growing up in a small town in Pangai Tua, American Samoa, and  not being introduced into football until his freshman year at Bonneville High School in St. George, Utah, Misi Tupe faced many obstacles.  Being the seventh of nine children, there were shoes to fill. Education was always an important subject in the Tupe household.  And so began a mission.
